Terms of Service

These terms apply when you order a film from Pink Camel ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. What we make

We produce short motion films from the brief you give us, in the package you choose. Each film is delivered in two versions, 16:9 and 9:16, with English subtitles burned in, one additional burned-in subtitle language of your choice, and subtitle files in Arabic, French, Spanish, Hindi and Simplified Chinese.

2. Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars and are paid in full before production starts.
• Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
• Soft-launch films offered free of charge follow these same terms, except the parts about payment and refunds.

3. Your script and the 24-hour delivery

• After payment we send you a script based on your brief. You may edit it and approve it once. Approval locks the script.
• We deliver the finished film within 24 hours of your approval. If we miss that, our Refund Policy applies.
• If you don't approve the script within 7 days, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Your materials and facts

• You confirm you own, or have permission to use, every logo, photo, video, name and document you send us.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts in your brief and in the script you approve. We may research publicly available information to enrich your story, but we don't guarantee it is complete or error-free.
• You allow us to use your materials only to make and deliver your film.

5. What we won't make

We may refuse or cancel (with a full refund) any order that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, misleading, or that impersonates a person or company, or presents itself as official content of a brand you don't represent. Films about other companies are made only as clearly labelled independent case studies.

6. Who owns the film

• Once paid for, the finished film is yours to use for any lawful purpose, including websites, social media, presentations and advertising.
• Stock footage, music and fonts in the film are licensed by us for use within your film. You may not extract and reuse them separately.
• Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may show short excerpts of your film in our portfolio. You can opt out at any time.

7. Corrections

We fix technical errors free of charge, for example a caption typo, out-of-sync audio, or a cropped or cut-off frame, if you tell us within 14 days of delivery. Changes to an approved script are a new order.

8. Downloads

Download links stay active for 30 days. Please save your files. After that we may delete them, along with your uploaded materials.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or business opportunities.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
