This policy explains what personal information Pink Camel collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact details: your name and email address.
• Your brief: the story details, links, documents, logos and photos you send us.
• Payment confirmation: PayPal tells us that a payment succeeded and the amount. We never receive your card or bank details.
• Basic site analytics: anonymous page-view counts. We don't use advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To write your script, produce your film and deliver it.
• To email you about your order: receipts, your script and your download links.
• To answer your questions and improve our service.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for marketing unless you opt in.

Who processes it for us

We use trusted service providers to run Pink Camel: Cloudflare (website hosting and file storage), Supabase (order records), PayPal (payments), Zoho (email), Anthropic (AI script writing and translation) and ElevenLabs (AI narration). They process your information only to provide these services to us.

How long we keep it

Uploaded materials and finished films are deleted 30 days after delivery. Order and payment records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for a particular purpose. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
